We have used No Leaks Plumbing on a couple of occasions now and their service was outstanding both times. First time was an emergency repair on a Holiday monday and we were so happy Neil was not only open but he came very quickly and solved our leak immediately. I had absolutely no concerns calling Neil again for a tub issue few months later as we knew that we could trust him with his fast, professional and high quality service. He is extremely knowledgeable in his trade and lets you know about costs up front as well as giving you updates on accurate arrival times. He has exceptional friendly customer service. I had Neil replace our hot water tank. I received 4 quotes over the phone, Neil's was competitive and he was able to replace it the next day which was quicker than the others. He was quick, efficient, held true to his verbal quote and cleaned up after himself. This was my first time working with Neil, I am impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for the price he said he would do it for.
